Peter Downes is an experienced facilities operations leader with a diverse background in property management and military service. Currently serving as Group Lead for Facilities and Property Operations at QinetiQ since December 2022, prior roles include Estates Facilities Manager at VAIL WILLIAMS LLP, Facilities Manager at MAPP, and National Contract/Facilities Manager at JCW Energy Services Ltd. Peter has also held managerial positions at CBRE Global Investors EMEA and Cushman & Wakefield, alongside military service in the British Army where infantry training was a focus.
