PJ Wallace has a diverse work experience spanning over 37 years. PJ began their career in the Royal Air Force (RAF) as an officer and served until 2016, holding positions such as RAF Officer and Officer Commanding RAF Spadeadam.

In 2004, they joined the UK Ministry of Defence, where they served in various roles, including Military Strategic Planner and Deputy Director of Operations. PJ also worked at the US Navy as a Coalition Warfare Operations Officer in 2006 and at DARPA as a Project CHURCHILL Manager in 2005.

From 2010 to 2011, Mr. Wallace returned to the UK Ministry of Defence and served as a Military Strategic Planner. In 2011, they became Chief of Staff at the Joint Air Land Organisation before transitioning to the role of Assistant Head Targeting, Military Strategic Effects from 2013 to 2016.

In 2016, Mr. Wallace joined Leonardo, where they held positions as Head of Integrated Mission Solutions & RF Cyber Sales and Head of CNI Programmes. PJ left Leonardo in 2020 and joined QinetiQ as the Global Campaign Business Development Lead for Cyber and Electromagnetic Activity.

Throughout their career, Mr. Wallace has exhibited a strong background in military strategic planning, cyber sales, and national defense.

PJ Wallace completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Animal Physiology from the University of London between 1982 and 1985. PJ then pursued a Master's degree in Defence Studies from King's College London, which they completed in 2004. Prior to this, between 1974 and 1981, they attended Pangbourne College, focusing on Mathematics, Physics, and Biology.
