Richard Randel

Richard Randel has extensive experience in the fields of system architecture and technical leadership, currently serving as a Solution Architect and Technical Lead at QinetiQ since 2006. Richard has specialized in areas such as Cyber Mission Assurance and Cyber Exercising while also managing various projects focused on training and simulation for HQ Army. As a Capability Team Lead, Richard has been responsible for the development of a team of engineers, ensuring they possess the necessary skills for diverse programs. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Consultant and Project Lead at CORDA and Consultant at BAE Systems. Richard holds a PhD in Physics and an MPhys in Computational Physics and Laser Physics from Cardiff University.
