Sam Manley

Sam Manley is a qualified commercial and procurement professional with extensive experience in leading strategic campaigns. They have excelled in running competitive and single source tenders and have a notable track record in pricing, negotiating, and managing complex incentive-based contracts. Currently serving as the Commercial Lead at QinetiQ, Sam has previously held senior commercial officer roles at BAE Systems and the UK Ministry of Defence. Sam is recognized for developing and implementing procurement and intellectual property strategies while building strong customer and supplier relationships. They hold a PG Certificate in Commercial Management from Manchester Business School and an MCIPS in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management from Filton College, Bristol.
