Spencer H.

Spencer H. currently serves as Capture Director at QinetiQ Australia since November 2024, after holding the position of Bid Director/Capture Lead and Senior Campaign Manager for Robotics and Autonomous Systems at QinetiQ from January 2019. With extensive experience in the defense and aerospace sectors, Spencer was previously Head of Programmes at Babcock International Group from September 2012 to October 2018 and held multiple roles at Serco Middle East between 2005 and September 2012, including Bid Director for a transportation deal in Dubai, as well as positions in Civil Government and Defence. Spencer's career began with the Royal Air Force, where responsibilities included serving as a C130 Pilot from 1994 to 2005. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Strathclyde Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering from Oxford Brookes University.
