Steve Chapman

Steve Chapman currently serves as the Group Head of Supply Chain Excellence at QinetiQ since March 2023. Previously, Steve held various leadership roles at AWE, including Head of Supply Chain Excellence and Head of Supply Chain for FM, IT, and Production, beginning in August 2016. Prior to that, Steve worked at Thames Water from September 2005 to July 2016, where positions included Head of Commercial and Procurement for the Thames Water Infrastructure Alliance, Senior Commercial Manager, Commercial Delivery Manager, Senior Contract Manager, and Project Manager. Steve's career began at AECOM as a Graduate from June 2003 to September 2005. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from De Montfort University, obtained between 1998 and 2002, and a high school education from Bosworth College from 1994 to 1998.
