Susan Searle

Susan Searle is an experienced business executive who has spent their career in a variety of industries. Susan is currently an independent non-executive director at QinetiQ, a role they have held since December 2014. Prior to that, they were the non-executive chair of Mercia Asset Management PLC from December 2014 to June 2019.

Searle has a wealth of experience in business management and strategy, and has held a number of senior roles in their career. Susan has a deep understanding of the UK technology sector and has been instrumental in the development and growth of several high-growth businesses. Searle is a passionate advocate for the development of the Midlands and the North of the UK as key centres for technology innovation and investment.

Susan Searle studied at Brunts Comprehensive School before going on to study Chemistry at the University of Oxford. Susan then went on to complete a MA in Chemistry.
