Tim Duggan

Tim Duggan is a European Engineer (Eur Ing) and Chartered Engineer with a notable international reputation in the UK, Europe, and the USA. Currently serving as the Team Leader for Electromagnetic Environmental Effects at QinetiQ since November 2016, Tim Duggan oversees the evaluation of aircraft safety and operational effectiveness. Prior to this role, from December 2001 to October 2010, Tim Duggan led the Electrical and Electromagnetic Compatibility team within QinetiQ's Fast Jet Evaluation Services, focusing on independent assessments of electrical systems and Electromagnetic Environmental Effects. Tim Duggan holds a Master of Science in Telematics from the University of Surrey and a BTEC HND in Computer Studies from Coventry University.
