Zhijian Zhao

Zhijian Zhao is a Senior Algorithm Engineer at Qiniu since December 2016, contributing to the AI team by developing expertise in web technologies such as Docker, web servers, GoLang, and Spark, while advancing general object detection, image classification, ID card recognition, and OCR. Zhao has created workflows for algorithm teams that integrate continuous integration and deployment processes and achieved commendable results, including second place in the LSVC-2017 competition. Prior to Qiniu, Zhao served as a Machine Vision Algorithm Engineer at Dahua Technology Co. LTD, where innovative barcode reading algorithms improved operational efficiency at Express Distribution centers. Zhao's earlier experience includes developing face recognition algorithms at ArcSoft, enhancing features like eye location and super-resolution. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Southeast University, completed in 2012.
