Gustavo Diegues

Gustavo Diegues is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various financial leadership roles. As Co-Founder of AGG Consultoria Financeira since January 2021, Gustavo has developed the CFO Compartilhado product for startups and mid-sized companies, focusing on multiple sectors including Industry, Retail, Technology, Real Estate, and Health. Prior to this, Gustavo served as Director of Finance and Operations at Care Club, where responsibilities included planning and executing the expansion of five units. Gustavo also held positions at HSBC Bank - Brasil as Manager of Acquisition, where strategic sales metrics were developed, and at Cetelem as Risk Coordinator, focusing on credit policies and risk management. Additional experience includes roles at Cotece S.A. as a Controlling Analyst and at Deloitte as a Semi Senior, providing financial auditing services. Gustavo holds a degree in Economics from Centro Universitário Alvares Penteado - FECAP.
