Assaf Itshayek

Assaf (Assi) Itshayek is an experienced executive and board member with a strong background in financial management and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Board Member and AC Chairman at KAMADA and Nostromo Energy, and as a Board Member at GoTo Global and Qira, Itshayek has demonstrated expertise in corporate governance and strategic oversight. Previous roles include CEO of NeraTech Media and Somoto, where significant contributions were made to expand software distribution solutions. Itshayek has also held CFO positions at FireArc Technologies and Digital Power Corporation, as well as at BlueSnap, a payments platform acquired by Great Hill Partners. Assaf Itshayek holds an MBA in Financial Management from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Business Administration and Accountancy from The College of Management Academic Studies.
