Mandy Megens

Mandy Megens is a relationship-driven leader with extensive experience in organizational development and project management. From 2017 to 2023, Mandy served as the Organizational Development Manager for MKB and startups in IT, and prior to that, worked as an Organizational Development Advisor and Field Marketing Manager at BiZZdesign from 2008 to 2016. Their contributions to the Dutch Red Cross included coordinating various humanitarian projects and developing volunteer policies to support relief efforts during crises. Currently, Mandy is the Team Lead for portfolio and support at Qirion, continuing to leverage analytical insights and creative solutions in their work. They hold a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Nijmegen and a Master’s in Global Business and Stakeholder Management from RSM Erasmus University.
