Wat ons onderscheidt van alle andere IT-bureaus? Diversiteit. Meer dan 10 jaar geleden gingen wij als enige in de markt voor ‘Meer vrouwen in de IT’ en dat doen we nog steeds vol overtuiging. Maar om het verschil te blijven maken voor onze talenten én opdrachtgevers, gaan we nu verder dan dat. We zetten een stap vooruit en verbreden onze blik op diversiteit. We gaan voor wie jij bent en wat jou uniek maakt. 

Onze talenten verschillen in opleiding, werkervaring en culturele achtergrond. Overeenkomsten vinden we in persoonlijkheid. Zo zijn al onze trainees op hun eigen manier sterk in communicatie, klantgerichtheid en verbinden. Dat is waarmee zij zich onderscheiden in de wereld van IT.

Wij helpen jonge talenten aan een vliegende start in de IT. Met doorgroeikansen die passen bij hun persoonlijke ambities en de ontwikkelingen in de markt. Zo kunnen onze talenten zich breed ontwikkelen en bieden we onze opdrachtgevers dat wat zij zoeken. 

Onze trainees vervullen functies die de brug slaan tussen IT-afdelingen en eindgebruikers. Functies zoals functioneel beheerder, support- en servicedeskmedewerker, projectmanager of IT coördinator.
