Test Support Engineer at QIVOS

Pepi Skotela has worked in a variety of roles in the customer service industry. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Customer Service Manager at D.E.Y.A. Kozanis, where their role included answering and directing receiving calls on a multiline telephone system, taking messages and correspondence, responding and handling routine inquires, and managing daily supply. From 2017 to 2019, they were an Assistant Barista Manager at Cafe Bar Perfect, where their role included projecting a pleasant and positive professional image to all contacts, managing cultural needs and expectations of guests, maintaining positive teamwork, and maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area. Finally, from 2019 to 2022, they were a Customer Services Manager at OPAP, where their role included managing large amounts of incoming phone calls or call back requests, taking ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution, and developing service procedures, policies, and standards. Currently, they are a Test Support Engineer at Qivos.

Pepi Skotela attended the Technological Educational Institute of Western Macedonia from 2012 to 2017, where they earned a BSc Information Applications Technology in Business Administration and Economy in the field of Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. In June 2021, they obtained a certification from MCs School of Pedagogical and Technological Education (ASPETE) through ASPETE - EPPAIK - PESYP. In December 2020, they obtained a certification in Web and application design from ΕΣΠΑΙΚ - Αναπτυξη Ανηρυπαιξης Δυναμικού, Εκπαιδευσης και Βιοποίησης Μάθησης. Pepi is also currently pursuing a certification in Web Developer (E-Learning NKUA) from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
