Ethan Sivek began their career in 2004 as a Floral Assistant at Petals On Palm Avenue, where they assisted delivery drivers and performed various shop functions. In 2006, they transitioned to become a Delivery Driver, responsible for delivering floral arrangements and providing directions to other drivers. In 2008, Ethan joined Lockheed Martin as an Inventory Control Specialist, where they organized inventory flow, handled sensitive items, and created assembly kits. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Disc Jockey, providing entertainment and music tailored to customer needs. In 2013, Ethan became a Security Public Service Assistant at Florida State University, where they prepared classrooms, verified equipment functionality, and assisted with software and hardware installations. Ethan then joined Qlarant in 2018, starting as a Data Analyst II and progressing to a Data Analyst III and Data Analyst IV. In their current role, Ethan is responsible for converting fraud models and managing reporting needs for the I-MEDIC contract.

Ethan Sivek completed a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics from Florida State University from 2012 to 2017. In 2021, they enrolled in Saylor Academy and pursued a field of study in Computer Programming, although they did not obtain a degree. Before attending Florida State University, Ethan had previously attended the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota from 2006 to 2011, but there is no information available regarding the degree obtained or field of study during that time.

In terms of additional certifications, Ethan obtained the SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9 and SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9 (CBP) from SAS in February 2021. In April 2016, they obtained a certification in SAS Programming and Data Analysis from Florida State University. Additionally, they obtained the certification in Protecting Human Research Participants from the NIH in February 2015.
