Michele Thatcher

Michele Thatcher has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Michele started their career as a Medical Science Liaison II at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in 2000. Michele then moved on to Priority Health, where they worked as a Clinical Program Manager from 2004 to 2007 and later as a Manager of Pharmacy Strategic Initiatives from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they founded their own consulting company called Thatch Rx Consulting, Inc., which they ran until 2011. Following that, they served as the Director of Pharmacy at McLaren Oakland from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Aetna as the Director of Pharmacy Services - Medicare Formulary and Utilization Management. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Clinical Operations at Qlarant, where they provide clinical support for investigations involving fraud, waste, and abuse in government healthcare programs, among other responsibilities.

Michele Thatcher attended the University of Iowa from 1991 to 1997, where they pursued a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Their field of study was Pharmacy.
