Nikole’ Taylor

Nikole' Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nikole’ began their career at Learning Tree, Inc. as a Teaching Assistant from December 2007 to January 2009. In 2009, they joined Nobles Group Homes, Inc. as a Program Manager/QEC/QDDP, where they were responsible for active treatment and monitoring the agency-wide quality improvement plan until January 2013. From June 2013 to September 2014, Nikole' worked as a Case Manager at Centene Corporation. Nikole’ then moved on to David Lawrence Center and served as the Program Manager of Medical Services/Outpatient Therapy from October 2014 to December 2015. In 2015, they joined Prestige SCL as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they worked until they joined Qlarant as a Project Manager I, EQRO in January 2023. In this role, they review project proposals, establishes work plans, and manages contract deliverables.

Nikole Taylor has a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Psychology from Auburn University. Nikole’ also holds a Certification in Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) from the American Quality Society. Additionally, they have obtained a Nonprofit Management Certification from the University of South Alabama.
