Shawn O'Leary has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Data Loader at Qlarant from 2010 to 2011. In this position, they automated ETL processes, created SQL Server Reporting Services reports, and generated data sets for fraud referrals.

From 2011 to 2013, Shawn worked as an Application Developer II at Qlarant, enhancing web applications for state government contracts. Shawn gained expertise in ASP.NET web forms, IIS, entity framework, and MS SQL databases.

Most recently, Shawn worked as a Software Engineer at Qlarant, starting in 2018. Shawn led the development and served as architect for the Fenix .NET Core Web Application and API, focusing on quality improvement for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Before joining Qlarant, Shawn worked at Leed's as an Application Developer I from 2007 to 2010. In this role, they developed enhancements to promotional product information using MS SQL and ASP.NET Web Forms.

Throughout their career, Shawn has demonstrated a self-motivated attitude and a commitment to learning new technologies and industry-specific knowledge. Shawn also obtained the Certified Xamarin Mobile Developer certification from Xamarin University.

Shawn O'Leary earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Grove City College, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Information Technology at Towson University from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Shawn has also obtained several certifications. In 2017, they became an ICAgile Certified Professional and a Xamarin Certified Mobile Professional. In 2018, they obtained the Xamarin Certified Mobile Developer certification.
