Te’Osha Beasley has a diverse work experience that includes positions at Qlarant and Chesapeake Center. At Qlarant, Te’Osha served as a Project Manager, leading and evaluating high-value process improvement projects, internal audits, and change management processes. Te’Osha was responsible for end-to-end project management, including scope development, vendor selection, and budget reconciliation. Te’Osha also developed various processes, trainings, and strategic plans to improve revenue, operations, and employee retention. Prior to their role as Project Manager, Te’Osha served as a Project Support II at Qlarant, where they facilitated communication with stakeholders and employed agile project management methodology. Te’Osha also created useful materials such as PowerPoint presentations and guides to support accurate application completion. Additionally, Te’Osha worked as a Residential Counselor at Chesapeake Center, where they ensured the safety and supervision of adjudicated clients.
