Evgeny Aizenberg is an accomplished engineering leader with over 21 years of experience in industrial automation and semiconductor development. Presently serving as the Solution Engineering Team Leader at Siemens, Evgeny leads a team specializing in testing and commissioning for international crane automation projects. Previously, they held positions as Software Team Manager at Nearfield Instruments B.V. and Software Team Leader at ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology, where they managed software development and implemented Agile methodologies. Evgeny’s earlier roles included significant contributions to R&D and automation across companies such as Philips and Elbit Systems, where they focused on improving manufacturing processes and production quality.
