Heidi Liisanantti

Heidi Liisanantti is an experienced professional with a strong background in order management and customer support. Currently serving as the Quote to Cash & Renewals Team Lead at Qlik since April 2017, Heidi specializes in order processing, maintenance renewals, license management, invoicing, and credit collections for dedicated accounts. Prior to this role, Heidi worked at APSIS International AB as a Customer Support representative, addressing technical queries for the Apsis Pro email marketing tool. Heidi's experience also includes a Senior Customer Order Management role at Progress Software, managing software sales across several Nordic countries and handling customer relations, quotations, and renewals. Heidi holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from Blekinge Institute of Technology and has additional education from the Rotterdam School of Management and Komvux Erikslund.
