Joyce Nascimento

Joyce Nascimento is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global HR systems and technology, particularly with Workday. Currently, Joyce serves as a Global HR Systems Analyst at Qlik, specializing in various aspects of HR management, including onboarding, recruitment, talent management, compensation, and benefits. Prior to this role, Joyce worked as a Global HR Technology Expert at Alfa Laval and as an HR Analyst focusing on compensation and benefits at WABCO. Joyce's earlier positions include HR Analyst/HRBP for Latin America at Sanofi and HR roles at Parker Hannifin, Chery Brasil, and SANY do Brasil. Joyce holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Centro Universitário Braz Cubas and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from CEPHAS. During academic tenure, Joyce engaged in undergraduate research funded by CNPq, presenting at the International Undergraduate Research Symposium of USP.
