Krista Ruhe

Krista Ruhe currently serves as the Senior Director of Internal Communications at Qlik, leading the global internal communications function since March 2024. Prior to this role, Krista spent 14 years at SAP, where responsibilities included developing communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and raising awareness of the SAP Enterprise Adoption unit's value proposition. Achievements during this tenure included high scores on internal engagement surveys and the establishment of executive communications platforms. Other roles at SAP included Vice President of Strategic Marketing & Communications Programs for SAP SuccessFactors and Editor in Chief for Digitalist Magazine Online. Krista has also held leadership positions at Edelman Change & Employee Engagement, Ogilvy PR Worldwide, Makovsky & Co., Gavin Anderson & Co., and Smith Barney, contributing to significant internal communication initiatives for major corporations. Krista holds a BA in English and Drama from Franklin & Marshall College.
