Matthew Hayes is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the data management and SAP markets. Currently serving as the General Manager of the Data Business Unit at Qlik since January 2026, Hayes is responsible for leading the product management, engineering, and marketing teams. Previously, Hayes held the position of General Manager for North America at Datricks and was the VP of Global SAP Business & Strategy at Qlik, where efforts focused on solutions for the SAP market following Qlik’s acquisition of Attunity. Prior experience includes serving as VP of SAP Business at Attunity, where responsibilities encompassed development and customer success of SAP solutions, and founding Hayes Technology Group, a provider of Data Management Solutions. Hayes began his career in IT as a Systems Support Analyst at Marriott International and has held various technical roles, including Unix and SAP Basis administration.
