Nikki Stephens has over 25 years of leadership experience in SaaS, enterprise retail technology, and supply chain solutions, specializing in strategic planning, execution, and customer success. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for the Americas at Qlik, they focus on optimizing data and AI strategies for customers. Previous roles include leadership positions at SPS Commerce, where they managed a global team of over 150 members and drove significant technology transformations, as well as experience at Accenture and Predictix. Nikki holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of North Dakota.
