Cecilia Oxenius (formerly Niklasson) is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success & Operations at ECIT Solutions since January 2022, Cecilia previously held the position of Head of Customer Service & Backoffice.
