Michelle Baldoza

Michelle Baldoza is an experienced sales and customer service professional with a background in account management and debt recovery. Currently serving as an Indoor Sales & Sales Coordinator at Qlub since September 2024, Michelle manages lead onboarding for restaurants and hospitality partners while coordinating with various teams for seamless operations. Previously, at Kaso (YC W22), Michelle held multiple roles, including Partner Success Specialist and Credit Controller, focusing on customer relationship management and account handling. With prior experience as a Debt Recovery Specialist at Bilkish Associates LLC and Tahseel, Michelle adeptly managed overdue accounts and negotiated repayment plans. Michelle also contributed significantly at GENPACT in various capacities, including Front Line Supervisor and Support Matter Expert, honing administrative and supervisory skills. Michelle graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Laguna State Polytechnic University in 2013.
