Donald Barnes, MSW, LSW has a diverse work experience that spans from 2010 to the present. Donald currently holds the role of Chief Operating Officer at Quality Management Associates, Inc. since October 2019, and also serves as Chief Compliance Officer for the same company since August 2017. Previously, they were the Director of Day and Employment Services and Assistant Director at the same organization. In 2015, they became an Adjunct Faculty at Northampton Community College.
