Elad Ron

Elad Ron has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of R&D. Elad is currently serving as the VP of R&D at Qmarkets, where they oversee the enterprise idea and innovation management platforms. Prior to this, Elad worked at Promo.com as the VP of R&D, leading a group of 30 engineers and testers, managing local and remote sites, and implementing strong processes and methodologies for efficient execution. Elad also held the position of R&D Manager at Promo.com.

Before Promo.com, Elad worked at Fusic as the VP of R&D, where they were responsible for creating architecture and leading a pivot change for mobile applications. Elad recruited personnel and built an agile team for execution and delivery. Elad also has experience working as the Director of R&D at Perion, where they led a group of developers and QA engineers and implemented the agile SCRUM methodology.

Additionally, Elad has held leadership positions at Racana as the VP of R&D, where they oversaw a recommendation application project and managed a team of engineers and QA testers. Prior to that, Elad co-founded Canetti&Ron and served as the CTO, where they developed a unique auto screening system and managed a recruiting team. Elad also worked at Easy Forex as an R&D Manager, leading teams and building new products and platforms.

Elad's career started at Tadiran Communications as an Embedded Developer. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in building and leading agile teams, developing processes and methodologies, and overseeing the execution and delivery of projects.

Elad Ron has a history of education that includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, they pursued a Master's degree in Mathematics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2010-2011.
