Ilona Gochman has a diverse work experience. Ilona started their career as a Business Development Consultant at Success Business consulting in August 2010 and remained in that role until November 2013. From November 2013 to February 2016, Ilona worked as an Organizational Consultant at Rotem Strategy. Ilona then joined Segment IT in February 2016 as a Team Leader and Project Manager, a position they held until June 2018. In July 2018, Ilona joined Qmarkets - Corporate Innovation & Idea Management Platforms as a Senior Customer Success Manager, and later in July 2019, they were promoted to the role of Global Director of Customer Success.
Ilona Gochman's education history includes a Master of Science (MSc) degree in management consulting from Tel Aviv University, which they completed between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management.
