Elliott Webb has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Elliott started their career in 2004 at Super de Boer as a Specialized Salesperson. In 2006, they worked at Stork Fokker as an On-Site IT Support before joining Universiteit Leiden as an IT Technical Support from 2007 to 2009. In 2008, they briefly worked at XS4ALL Internet BV as a Helpdesk. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at InWork B.V. as an IT-Professional, and during this time, they were seconded to Capgemini, where they held roles as IT Technical Support and Teamleader of the Desktop Client Team. In 2011, they founded SE Events V.O.F. and served as the Owner until 2011. In 2012, they worked at FC Lisse as a Bestuurslid senioren. In 2015, they joined Qmatic as a Project Manager and was subsequently promoted to Senior Project Manager and Head of Configuration. Elliott is currently working as the Head of Technical Success at Qmatic since September 2022.

Elliott Webb completed their education from 2000 to 2005 at Rijnlands Lyceum Sassenheim, obtaining a degree in Technical. From 2005 to 2009, they attended ROC Leiden, where they earned an MBO 4 degree in IT System administration. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) on Windows 7 and Vista in 2011, followed by the Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) on Windows 7 and Vista in 2010. In 2013, they obtained another MCITP certification, this time on Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008. It is unclear when they obtained the Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) certification.
