Diogo Rigonato, PMP

Diogo Rigonato, PMP has over 16 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Diogo currently works at QMC Telecom as an Operations and Maintenance Coordinator, where they are responsible for coordinating the operations and maintenance teams for DAS sites in Brazil. This includes planning preventive maintenance, monitoring activities and costs, and managing local partners and subcontractors. Prior to QMC Telecom, Diogo worked at Eletronet as an Operations and Maintenance Supervisor for the south and southeast regions of Brazil. Diogo supervised a team of 12 O&M technicians and was involved in optical failure analysis and solutions. Before that, Diogo worked at Algar Tech as a Senior Field Service Operations Supervisor, where they were responsible for characterizing fibers in VIVO's backbones and providing operational technical supervision. Diogo began their career at Ensel Engenharia as a Project and Field Service professional, where they developed telecommunications projects and performed field activities.

Diogo Rigonato, PMP completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Engenheiro Eletricista from 2008 to 2014. During this period, they focused on the study of Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Telecommunications. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, Diogo Rigonato completed their technical level education in Electronics from Instituto Monitor. In 2014, they pursued an Executive MBA in Project Management from Faculdade Pitagoras. Additionally, in December 2020, Diogo Rigonato obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
