Hélio D'Arbo Junior

Hélio D'Arbo Junior has a diverse work experience in the telecom industry. Hélio began their career at NEC as an RF Engineer, where they worked on optimizing and planning cellular systems for the TELESP operator. Hélio then joined MSI as an RF Engineer before moving to Alcatel-Lucent, where they worked as an RF Engineer for two years. At Alcatel-Lucent, they were part of a team that developed a drive test post-processing tool.

Hélio then joined ZTE do Brasil, where they held various managerial positions. Hélio started as the RF Manager, overseeing the RF team for a UMTS deployment project. Hélio later became the Wireless Department Manager, responsible for wireless projects such as UMTS, LTE, GSM, GoTa, and Microwave. Finally, they served as the Technical Support Department Manager, leading the post-sales technical team for all ZTE products.

After their time at ZTE, Hélio joined Datora Telecom as an Engineering and Infrastructure Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the fixed and mobile network engineering group, as well as the Data Center and Infrastructure team.

Their most recent position is as a Tech Sales Manager at QMC Telecom Brasil, where they currently work.

Hélio D'Arbo Junior completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at Universidade Federal de Uberlândia - UFU from 1990 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Neural Network at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 1995 to 1997.
