Renato A. França has extensive work experience in sales and services, primarily in the telecommunications and broadcast industries. Renato has held various leadership roles throughout their career.

Renato started their career at NTT as an Engineering Trainee in 1995. Renato then joined KF Tecnologia, where they worked in roles such as System and Product Engineer, Project Manager, Engineering, Product and Project Manager, and National Sales Manager from 1996 to 2004.

From 2004 to 2005, Renato worked as a Sales Leader Manager at Brasilsat Harald S/A, where they were responsible for developing businesses with telecommunications providers and customers from the Oil & Gas and Energy industries.

In 2006, Renato joined RFS - Radio Frequency Systems as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for sales to telecommunication operators, OEMs, and vertical markets. Renato achieved significant sales results, particularly with OEMs such as Huawei, NEC, and Motorola. Renato also restructured the development strategy and actions for new customers, increased focus on key sectors, and achieved net revenue growth of approximately 50% in two years. Renato held this role until 2009.

From 2010 to 2013, Renato served as the Sales Director - South America at RFS, reporting to the CEO in LATAM and managing a team of one director and five sales managers. Renato restructured the development strategy, reallocated commercial offices in key countries, increased customer interactions, and created workshops to bolster cross-sales in existing accounts. As a result, they achieved further revenue growth.

Renato then took on the role of Broadcast Sales Director - Latin America at RFS from 2013 to 2017. Renato directly led multifunctional teams in different countries and was responsible for the sales and financial results of the Broadcast unit. Renato implemented a commercial strategy focused on tight customer focus and offering high aggregate value, which resulted in successful partnerships with major OEM and broadcasters accounts.

Lastly, Renato joined QMC Telecom Brasil in 2022 as a Senior Sales Executive.

Throughout their career, Renato has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to achieve significant sales growth.

Renato A. França has a diverse education history, spanning over several years. Renato pursued their Graduation in Engineering / Telecommunication from 1989 to 1994 at Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (Oficial). In 2001, they completed a Post Graduation in Marketing at FAE Centro Universitário. Later, in 2004 and 2005, Renato pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at Ibmec.
