Dr. Neal began their career at IBM in 1981, where they held various roles including Sales Account Executive, Sales School Instructor, and Marketing Manager. Dr. Gaylord excelled in selling IBM's product line and achieved notable success, including earning seven consecutive Hundred Percent Clubs and the title of Regional Sales Director.
