Joe Miller

Joe Miller has extensive work experience in the electrical industry. Joe currently holds the position of Director of Technical Support at Qmerit. Prior to this, they worked at Rogers Electric, starting as a Service Electrician in 2009 and eventually becoming the Western Region Service Manager and Pacific Region Safety Coordinator. In their roles at Rogers Electric, they managed the administrative and customer service functions of the Service Department, maintained communication with employees, departments, customers, and vendors, ensured appropriate staffing levels, and implemented safety programs. Before joining Rogers Electric, Joe was a Small Business Owner at Milco Electric, where they handled all aspects of running a successful small business. Joe also served as a Service Manager at KBR Electric, dispatching work for warranty calls, troubleshooting and repairing problems during construction, and installing new equipment.

Joe Miller attended Cypress College from 1984 to 1985, where they obtained a degree in Practical Lighting Applications. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1984, they studied Heating and Air, refrigiration at Cyprus College. In 1978 and 1979, Joe attended Ivy Tech Community College, specializing in Arc and Gas Welding and achieving practical application skills in this field. Alongside this, they also completed the IBEW required code and theory class, attaining a Journeyman Level. Additionally, Joe holds a California Contractors License C10, obtained from the Contractors State License Board.
