Ken Sapp

Ken is responsible for developing electric vehicle (EV) charging-related solutions for automakers, electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) manufacturers, fleet management organizations and utilities. He is a specialist in e-Mobility solutions and frequently works with global industry leaders including General Motors, Jaguar Land Rover, BMW, Volvo, Lucid Motors, Electrify America, ChargePoint and Enel X.

Ken joined Qmerit in 2016, when the company was spun off from ABM Industries. He served first as Vice President of Sales and then as General Manager, Energy & EV Solutions before assuming his current role. As one of the designers of Qmerit’s service platform, Ken helped build one of the most specialized EVSE installation and maintenance networks in North America.

Previously, Ken served as Senior Vice President, Service Channel Development and Vice President of Energy Solutions at ABM and The Linc Group, a predecessor company of Qmerit. In that role, he led the “Service On-Demand” initiative and co-led the strategy and execution of the highly successful national EV infrastructure business. Ken’s experience fusing new technology with the energy and building trades began in 2000, when he was recruited from Oracle to help revolutionize the field service industry at FieldCentrix Inc., another Qmerit predecessor.

Ken received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, Long Beach. He has received numerous honors and awards including Alliances Manager of the Year at Oracle and the Oracle San Francisco Region One Team Sales award.
