Marissa Rotellini began their work experience at The ICEE Company in 2012, starting as a Customer Service Team Lead and later moving up to roles such as Customer Service Supervisor, Account Executive, Director of Customer Service, and finally National Account Manager. In 2022, they joined Qmerit as the Director of Customer Service Operations.

Marissa Rotellini obtained a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition/Nutritionist from California State University-San Bernardino between 2008 and 2012. Marissa then pursued a Master of Science in Human Nutrition at The University of Alabama from 2013 to 2015.
