Project Management

The Project Management team at QMI oversees the planning, execution, and completion of new product development initiatives. This team ensures that high-quality security and storm shutters are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The Senior Project Manager leads strategic direction, the Project Support Representative handles administrative tasks, and the Project Coordinator manages day-to-day project activities.
