Heidi Taperson-Lelumees

Heidi Taperson-Lelumees is a senior product designer at Qminder. Heidi has over seven years of experience in product design and has worked with companies such as Veriff, Toggl, and Velvet.

Heidi has a strong passion for data-driven design and has used this approach when working on end-user-facing products. This includes consistent A/B testing and remote usability testing, making decisions based on collected data, collaborating with researchers and developers to better understand users, and providing a holistic experience across different platforms (Web, Android, and iOS SDKs).

At Qminder, Heidi is responsible for organizing A/B testing, conducting research, analyzing data, defining key product-design metrics, driving product discovery, ideating solutions, rapid prototyping, and showcasing their work during feedback sessions.

Heidi Taperson-Lelumees has a Master of Science in Engineering from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, a Master’s Degree in Interaction Design from Umeå University, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.

Heidi Taperson-Lelumees reports to Rauno Rüngas, CEO. They are on a team with Emily Hõim - Human Resources & Office Manager, Siim Raud - CTO.
