Esther R. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Esther began their career in 2012 as a Receptionist at Feeling Sevilla. Esther then worked as a Turistic Information Agent at Ayuntamiento de Sevilla in 2014. In 2016, Esther worked as a Customer Care representative at Hotel EME Catedra | Sevilla.

In 2017, Esther joined Hotel Be Tulum as a GEX & Sales Assistant Manager for a few months before transitioning to Meliá Hotels International. At Meliá Hotels International, Esther started as a Guest Experience intern and gradually moved up to become a Front Desk Receptionist & Guest Experience employee. Esther then became The Level Desk Relations & Experience staff and subsequently a Guest Experience Manager.

In 2020, Esther worked at Crans-Montana Tourism & Congress as a Guest Experience Manager before joining Autograph Collection in 2021 as a GEX Manager.

Most recently, Esther has been employed at Qnary since March 2023. Esther first worked as a Sales Operations Associate and then transitioned to the Sales Operations & Company Growth role.

Esther R. obtained a dual master's degree in Project Management & Big Data and Business Intelligence from ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona, which they pursued from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Tourism at Universidad de Sevilla from 2014 to 2018, specializing in Marketing of Tourism and Travel Services. Esther also pursued a program in Business Administration focusing on Tourism at Universidad La Salle, A.C. from 2016 to 2017. In 2015 to 2016, Esther studied Tourism at Università degli Studi del Sannio-Benevento. Additionally, they completed a vocational program in Tourism Promotion at V Centenario from 2011 to 2013.

Esther has also obtained additional certifications including the JIRA Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian Jira in October 2021, and the EFSET English Certificate with a score of 78/100 from the EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in November 2020.
