Emre Demirel

Emre Demirel has a comprehensive work experience in the banking sector. Emre started their career at VakıfBank in 2007, where they worked as a Programmer in Lean Banking. Emre collaborated with a McKinsey team to implement Lean Banking transformation initiatives and designed centralized operational processes.

In 2012, Demirel joined QNB Finansbank as a Process Engineer in the Business Development & Strategy Office. Emre quickly progressed through the ranks, becoming an Assistant Vice President in Performance Management & Analytics. Emre Demirel has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Industrial Engineering from Gazi University, which they obtained in 2006. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering from Gazi University from 2007 to 2010. In 2013 and 2014, Emre achieved an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Özyeğin University.
