Pushpalatha Balan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in regional operations and customer support management. Currently serving as the Regional General Manager at QNET Ltd since December 2007, Pushpalatha has effectively led teams across South East Asia, South Asia, East Asia, and Australasia, driving significant revenue growth through operational optimization and exceptional customer experiences. Previous roles include Head of Global Operations focusing on contact centre excellence and Manager of the Global Support Centre, where expertise in managing multilingual support teams was demonstrated.
