Dr. Sara Marquart's work experience includes serving as the Co-Founder & CTO at Planet A Foods since April 2021, where they focus on producing sustainable chocolate alternatives using fermentation processes. Dr. Sara Marquart has a strong educational background in the field of food chemistry.
