Stefan Rost

Stefan Rost has extensive work experience in the finance sector. Stefan currently serves as the CFO at Planet A Foods starting from January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at FTI GROUP as the Group Director Finance/Chief Risk Officer from October 2019 to September 2021. Before that, they held various positions at Lufthansa, including Head of Capital Markets & Project Financing and Senior Director from July 2013 to September 2019, and Manager Corporate Finance from April 2004 to June 2013.

Stefan Rost's education history begins in 1997 when they enrolled at The University of Freiburg, where they pursued a Vordiplom in Economics. In 1999, they moved on to Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, where they completed their Master's degree in Business Administration. In the midst of their studies, in the year 2001, they attended Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management for a brief period to further their knowledge in Business Administration. Finally, in 2021, they enrolled in Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford for an Executive Education program focused on Platforms and Digital Disruption.
