Billy Billy has a diverse work experience in various industries. Billy started their career as a Course Consultant at EF English First in May 2015 and worked there until December 2017. Billy then joined Traveloka in December 2017 as a Hotel Operations Specialist and stayed with the company until February 2019. Most recently, Billy worked at Qoala starting in July 2019. At Qoala, they initially served as a Senior CX, where they were responsible for various tasks such as developing a concept for new product support logic, gathering customer feedback, maintaining high customer satisfaction rates, and collaborating with different teams for service improvement. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Customer Support Team Lead. Billy reported directly to the COO and CEO during their time at Qoala.
