Déborah Penaud

Déborah Penaud is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at Qobuz since April 2024. Prior to this role, Déborah was DRH at Spekty from March 2023 to April 2024 and contributed as an intervenante professionnelle at ESCP Europe from February 2015 to July 2022, designing and facilitating public speaking workshops. Déborah's previous experience includes serving as Responsable développement RH at Bpifrance Investissement, where management of talent development and employer branding was key, and as a Chargée développement RH, focusing on HR processes and strategic planning. In earlier roles at Altedia Lee Hecht Harrison, Déborah provided consulting services in human resources strategy and recruitment.
