Shashikant Kalsha

Shashikant Kalsha's work experience begins in 2001 as a Multimedia Faculty and Web Developer at Arena Multimedia. Shashikant then worked as a Sr. Designer at Polygon Technologies from 2002 to 2003. In 2003, they joined Deknot Software Systems Inc as a Multimedia Professional. Shashikant then worked as a 3D Game Developer at Maxnet Technologies LLC from 2003 to 2004. Shashikant joined Aptech as a Sr. 3D & Flash Designer in 2004. From 2004 to 2010, they held various roles at Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd (LTI), including Lead Creative: Specialized Marketing Services. In 2010, they became a Manager: Specialized Marketing Services at LTI, and from 2012 to 2014, they served as Sr. Manager: Marketing & Communications. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a User Experience Consultant at Cognizant. In 2016, they joined LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech as the Head of Digital Media and Experience Design. In 2019, they were a UX & Design Thinking Consultant at ImaginXP, mentoring designers and serving as a career consultant and trainer. In the same year, they founded Qodequay Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and served as the CEO, Founder & Director, focusing on creating META VERSE for Business solutions and providing consulting services in design thinking, service design, and enterprise UX implementation for large enterprises globally.

Shashikant Kalsha completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Guru Ghasidas University, from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Human-Centered Design from NovoEd in May 2015.
