Drew Kells

Director of Customer Success

Drew Kells is the Director of Customer Success at Qodo, where they are currently building the Customer Success organization with a focus on growth, retention, and customer health. Previously, Drew held leadership positions at Looker, AppDynamics, and Epsagon, managing customer success teams and substantial revenue accounts. With a strong history in tech startups and enterprise teams, Drew has contributed to the growth and acquisition of key companies while driving high customer satisfaction metrics. They have also been involved in advising founders and angel investing in promising startups. Drew holds a BA in Communication from Santa Clara University and recently completed a Business Analytics certificate program at Cornell University.
