Dawn Zulywitz

Dawn Zulywitz has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Dawn currently holds the position of Senior Director, Client Services at Qolo since November 2021. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2021, they worked at The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. as an Audit Consulting Services Manager.

Before their time at The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc., Dawn worked at FIS from 2013 to 2018. During this period, they held two roles. Firstly, as a Product Support Manager from 2017 to 2018, they collaborated with vendors and internal teams to enhance existing products, supported sales and client services, and led the migration of Help Desk calls in-house. Secondly, they served as a Client Relationship Manager from 2013 to 2017, where they managed top client accounts, led a project to eliminate an outdated platform and convert clients, and created efficient processes for client-specific tasks.

Prior to FIS, Dawn worked at FIS starting in 2004. Dawn held the positions of Business Process Manager from 2007 to 2011, where they successfully migrated client programs and acted as a call center liaison, and Training and Quality Manager from 2004 to 2007, where they hired and trained a large number of employees, developed training programs, and improved overall quality.

Their earliest work experience dates back to 1993 at Charles Schwab, where they held multiple roles. As a Team Manager from 1999 to 2004, they supervised a brokerage trading and service force, proposed and directed a licensing study support program, and achieved excellent results. Additionally, as a Senior Training Specialist from 1996 to 1999, they designed and presented training curriculum and managed new hires during their initial weeks of employment. Lastly, they worked as a Registered Representative from 1993 to 1995.

Dawn Zulywitz received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 1989 to 1993.
